Repairs: 6 months
Our repairs include a six-month limited warranty on the repair workmanship, beginning when the covered repair is completed.
Drain cleaning
Drain-cleaning warranties are separate from installation and repair workmanship coverage. Eligibility depends on the service performed and the condition of the drainage system.
Workmanship coverage concerns the installation or repair work we performed. It does not mean that every future plumbing problem or every component of an existing system is covered. Review the service-specific coverage and exclusions in your written estimate, invoice or offer terms.
What the workmanship warranty covers
If a problem appears to be related to our covered installation or repair workmanship during the applicable warranty period, contact Full Force Plumbing so we can evaluate it and explain the next steps.
Coverage is limited to the scope of the work performed. Problems with other fixtures, piping, equipment or pre-existing conditions outside that scope are not covered by that workmanship warranty.
Service-specific limitations and exclusions
The following limitations apply where relevant to the service performed. The written job scope explains what is included.
- Freeze damage to exposed piping is excluded from warranty coverage.
- Drainage defects such as flat spots or bellies are not corrected or warranted by a drain-cleaning service.
- Internal power-assist toilet repairs are excluded from the general repair warranty; any specific coverage must be stated with that service.
- Landscaping, irrigation, trees and shrubs are not included in excavation work unless expressly included in the written scope.
- Drywall, ceiling, tile, brick and stucco restoration are not included unless expressly stated in the written scope.
- Electrical work, gas bonding and roof-penetration work by other trades are outside our plumbing scope unless expressly included.

$299 main sewer cleaning offer: 180-day limited warranty
This offer requires an existing, accessible exterior ground-level main-line cleanout. The camera inspection is performed after flow is restored, when line conditions allow. The 180-day limited drain-cleaning warranty applies only to qualifying stoppages after the main sewer line has been successfully cleared and camera inspected. Lines that cannot be successfully camera inspected do not qualify.
Sewer-system conditions excluded from coverage
The warranty does not apply when a stoppage or backup is caused by existing or developing sewer-system problems, including root intrusion, pipe penetrations, offsets or separated joints, broken, cracked, collapsed or damaged piping, bellies, or other structural defects or conditions affecting proper drainage.
Foreign objects and improper materials excluded from coverage
Coverage excludes stoppages caused by rags, wipes (including products labeled “flushable”), feminine hygiene products, paper towels, excessive grease, toys, construction debris or other materials that should not enter the drainage system. Introducing these materials voids coverage for the resulting stoppage.
Qualifying drain re-clearing only
The offer warranty covers qualifying drain re-clearing only. It does not cover sewer repairs or property damage. Additional access, toilet removal, excavation, hydro jetting, repairs and replacement are outside the offer and require separate approval. This coverage does not automatically apply to other drain-cleaning services.
Drain Cleaning Service Conditions & Limitations
Please review these conditions with your written estimate before approving drain-cleaning service.
Reasonable efforts; results depend on line conditions
Full Force Plumbing will use reasonable care and professional drain-cleaning equipment to attempt to clear the drain within the approved service scope. Complete clearing or restoration of flow cannot be guaranteed. Roots, foreign objects, restricted access, damaged piping or other conditions may prevent completion and may require separate repair work.
Existing pipe conditions
Corrosion, deteriorated piping, lead fittings, prior repairs, cracks, separated joints and other existing weaknesses may not be visible before work begins. Drain cleaning can expose these conditions, and weakened piping may fail during service. Drain cleaning does not repair or replace defective piping.
Equipment lodging and additional work
Drain-cleaning or inspection equipment can become lodged because of roots, foreign objects, damaged piping or other obstructions. If this occurs, we will evaluate the circumstances and discuss retrieval options. Any proposed additional retrieval, access, excavation or pipe-repair work and the associated charges require separate customer approval before that additional work begins. These conditions do not automatically make the customer responsible for every equipment-retrieval cost.
Approved charges for a clearing attempt
Before work begins, the estimate must identify the service scope, price and whether the charge is for a clearing attempt. When you authorize a clearing attempt, the agreed charge is payable for that authorized attempt even if the blockage cannot be fully cleared or flow cannot be restored. We will explain any proposed diagnostic or attempt charge in advance; these conditions do not authorize unquoted work or charges.
Camera inspection and drain warranty
Camera inspection after cleaning depends on access and line conditions. For the $299 main sewer cleaning offer, camera inspection is included after flow is restored when conditions allow, and the 180-day limited warranty applies only to qualifying lines that have been successfully cleared and camera inspected. Before beginning service, we will explain the applicable charge if clearing or inspection cannot be completed. Drain-cleaning warranty terms and exclusions are separate from payment terms.
Responsibility and customer rights
These service conditions do not release Full Force Plumbing from responsibility for damage caused by its negligence or improper work, and do not waive any customer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

- Describe the issue and share any helpful photos. We will discuss an evaluation and explain any work or charges outside the applicable coverage before you approve them.
